Bradley assists the CEO in providing strategic direction and oversight to SunCore Group, LLC™ and its subsidiaries.
Bradley is a seasoned entrepreneur, with experience in multiple start-up companies. He directs brand marketing for the enterprise and is responsible for administrative and financial operations.
His primary objective is to assist in driving profitable and sustainable growth for the Suncore Group family of companies.

Greg navigates and steers the ship of the organization. His role is to create strategic partnerships and alliances with potential investors and Joint Venture (JV) relationships.
He is passionately building a culture that embodies honesty and also one that cares for the physical, personal and financial wellbeing of our teaming partners at all levels to create clients and a growing business family for life!
Greg's focus is on the development of corporate structures, strategies, goals, financial input and leadership to build an organization where our decisions are based on always "doing what is right".

VICE PRESIDENT OF ARCHITECTURE
Ronald is responsible for directing and managing the architectural design team and construction process, including collaboration during project development.
Ronald's extensive experience includes successfully managing international projects from interior improvements/renovations through complex multi-million dollar new construction projects.
Ron holds architecture licenses in Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, with reciprocal states pending.
We are pleased to have Jim as part of our architectural design team.
He has tremendous experience designing large scale office and residential tower projects, luxury resorts and world-class golf courses domestically and internationally.
Jim holds architecture licenses in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, Ohio, Texas, and Utah.
DIRECTOR OF RELATIONSHIPS
Jeff has tremendous experience in residential development as a 40-year general contractor for high-end luxury homes in California.
He is an expert at networking and has developed significant relationships with investors, political constituents, influential business leaders over the past several decades.
In 1997, Jeff opened the first Environmental Rental Car Company, EV Rental Cars, LLC, at the Airport in Los Angeles and 12 other cities including Washington, DC. with private funding and grants from local, state and federal agencies.
DIRECTOR OF REAL ESTATE RESEARCH
AND FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
Greg a nationally and internationally recognized real estate advisor with experience in a wide array of land uses, ranging from specialty retail, primary housing, and urban revitalization in over 45 international markets.
Greg's particular area of expertise is in resort development, including hotels, marinas, ski operations, golf operations, and second-home development.
He is the past leader of the Resort Practice Group of Economics Research Associates, Chairman of the Recreation Development Council of Urban Land Institute. He has also co-authored two real estate development books published by ULI and is a frequent lecturer on real estate economics.
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
We are pleased to have Roy Richard on our development team.
Roy has been working in the commercial construction and real estate business for over 35 years.
He has worked for large real estate firms and general contractors and started his own GC firm in 2003. In 2015 he began consulting for owners and investors.
Roy’s goal is to use his experience to provide our clients with honest and sound advice to achieve their goals.
Tayo Okunade, Esq
We are pleased to have Tayo Okunade, Esq. as our primary legal counsel to provide legal services, and consultation, to SunCore Group™.
Tayo understands the complexities of legal representation and litigation and believes that every client deserves the utmost attention, honesty, and value in the handling of their legal matter.
He has extensive experience in real estate contract law and also real estate construction with respect to construction defects cases, including litigation.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
We are pleased to have Gil as part of our project management team.
Gil is a design-oriented Project Manager/ Project Inspector with extensive knowledge of design, construction, building/fire and has proficiency in communication systems. He is vast knowledge of materials testing and how it applies to field construction.
Gil is certified as an (ICC) Building Inspector, holds ACI certifications for concrete testing. and has extensive experience with FAA airfield specifications
DIRECTOR OF INVESTMENT PROCUREMENT
We are pleased to have Patrick as part of our investment procurement team.
Patrick brings over 25 years of real estate experience, investor relations and business consulting. He is well connected with large private investors, hedge funds, lenders, banks, credit unions, insurance companies, and other institutional investors.
His personal team of 14 individuals have vast experience in the following; mixed-use real estate, business brokerage, commercial lending, investing, alternative energy, mining, agriculture, oil & gas, manufacturing, technology, and film.
Patrick is very results-driven and has managed or is currently assisting projects with transaction values ranging from $1 million to $17 billion.
FILING AND DOCUMENT ADMINISTRATOR
Tracy as Executive Assistant, and Filing and Document Administrator, provides administrative support to the executive team and keeps everything organized.
